I love Pinterest!!
Don't you???
I love when I see something on Pinterest and can throw down the laptop and give it a whirl.
I bet this has been pinned dozens of times, but I only just saw it.
Thanks to my friend/neighbor Glenda!
Jillee of "One Good Thing By Jillee" made these after seeing them on a website. She Raved about them.
So I had about 10 minutes while Mr. B was grilling chicken to see if I agreed with her gushing over it.
I like Jillee used a red potato. It was what I had on hand.
Sliced with a knife thinly.
Then I drizzled EVOO ~ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and coated well.
Placed on a microwave safe plate and sprinkled with sea salt.
Then I microwaved on high for 3 minutes, turned them over and microwaved on high for 4 minutes.
By this time they are turning brown and a little crispy.
Remove from microwave let cool completely and...........
This is what you get
YUMMY GOODNESS!!!

These look great - I'm trying them this week for sure! Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteNot eating packaged foods for the last year and a half has worked out really well with me. My one downfall was the occasional bag of potato chips. I'm trying this out and pinning to make sure I don't forget! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteOh so easy Lisa - I have to try this... I'm putting the kids on crisps rations! So this looks like a much better option xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing... This is so neat!
